Preventative Maintenance Service

1. Preventative maintenance programs and service frequencies are pre-determined based on the customers needs, (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi annual).

2. All equipment is calibrated to meet OEM specifications.

3. Preventative Maintenance provides early detection of future problems to avoid major breakdowns and costs.

4. Our service tech fills out an inspection report and sends all reports daily via electronic transfer to the call center. Any repairs will be done at the time of the scheduled preventative maintenance service call, logged in and sent into the Call Center.

5. The report information is then uploaded daily into the Cynamic Service Call Center data system for later review.

6. Reports are available on all Preventative Maintenance schedules by location or customer.
