  2. Customer calls in service call to 800# for dispatching of tech.

    The call center takes down all pertinent information regarding the service needed, using our state-of-the-art dispatch system.

  3. Cynamic Service Solutions - Call Center is available 24 hours aday, 7 days a week.

    • 4 Hour Emergency Call.
    • 24 Hour Emergency Call.
    • Routine Service Call.
  4. Once the Service Tech has been contacted and the call center determines the approximate ETA, the call center will notify the customer with the information.

  5. After the Service Tech completes the work, the final order is called into the Call Center by the service tech and we then close the open work order.

  6. If necessary, the Call Center can call customers back a few days after the service was performed as a follow up.

  7. Cynamic Service Solutions can provide customers with “Electronic Notification” of any and all location deficiencies, lack of maintenance and chemical change outages identified by the service technician based on customers’s requests.

  8. Reports – Cynamic has the ability to generate many different customized repoprts based on customer requirements. All reports are available either by hard copy report or through access on our website.
